“For this joyful celebration of ice cream, I channeled both my background as a visual artist and a culinary creative. I wanted to tell the story of ‘mixed’ and ‘layered’ people and visually show our ‘culturally fluidity’ through the colors, textures and layers I created in each magical scoop of the ice cream cone art.”
