Bring Second Nature to the queer kids who need it most.

We bring Second Nature, the queer animal documentary narrated by Elliot Page, to queer youth for free where LGBTQ+ inclusive curricula are banned, with counselors on hand.

Why it works

Being told you’re “unnatural” hurts. Second Nature shows animals that have same-sex sex, raise their young with same-sex partners and change sex, debunking deadly myths about who belongs on Planet Earth. The film follows brave scientists who are women, BIPOC, queer and immigrants, so viewers can see that they belong in nature, and in science, too.
