"Paco" Nicole De Leon

Founder & Chief Financial Officer

"Paco" Nicole de Leon is a small business consultant and entrepreneur. She helps creatives navigate their business and personal finances through providing education, workshops and resources.

Paco studied Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Minored in Economics at California State University Fullerton and completed CFP® course work through the UCLA Extension Personal Financial Planning (PFP) program. Since 2008, she has worked in various capacities for business consulting, business management, financial planning and wealth management firms.

Paco lives and works in the Echo Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. She plays in a band called Sweet Bump It and rides her bike nearly every day.

Drew Denny

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Drew Denny is an award-winning, internationally exhibited filmmaker, musician, and multi-media artist. She holds a BFA in Cinema Production from the University of Southern California and an MA in Aesthetics and Politics from the California Institute of the Arts.

Drew's first narrative feature won Best Feature, Best First Feature and Best Cinematography in 2013. Her documentary films have featured the Movement of Landless Workers in Brazil, Women on Waves in Poland and Germany, and environmentalist educators teaching locals in Greenland and the Maldives about the effects of ice melt and sea level rise.

Drew splits time between New York and Los Angeles, where she moonlights as a singer/keyboardist in an all-woman band called HIPS.
